At Cat Lady, we want you to be feline fine in your new wardrobe; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all cat-themed accessories and tags are included inside the box.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange.
